The agreement, in about a page.
Written to be read rather than to be impossible to read. If something here seems unfair, say so and we'll talk about it.
What we're agreeing to do
Build the form you send us, host it, keep it working, and deliver each completed form to the addresses you nominate. If a regulator changes the form, we update it at no extra charge.
What you pay
$399 for each form we build, due once you've seen it working and said yes. Then $39 a month while you're using it, however many technicians you have and however many forms they file. Cancel any time and the month you're in is the last one you pay for.
Your data is yours
Everything filed through Form Filed belongs to you. Ask for it at any point and we'll send the lot. If you leave, see the privacy page for what happens next.
What we don't promise
That the software is never unavailable. It runs on ordinary servers and things occasionally break. We'll fix it quickly and tell you what happened, but we're not going to claim a number we can't stand behind.
That a filled-in form satisfies your regulator. We reproduce the form you send us, faithfully. Whether the inspection itself is correct and complete is your professional judgement, and it stays yours.
The refund
Use it for a month. If your office is still retyping, tell us and we refund the $399 in full and cancel the subscription. One month, one form, and we'll take your word for it.
Ending it
You can stop at any time by emailing us. We can too, if the service is being used for something illegal or in a way that breaks it for other customers, and we'd give you thirty days and your data before doing so.
